When I was a little girl my father would take me to the theatre every Saturday and after the show he would always stop and buy me an fresh juicy orange from the old lady who sat in a laneway behind the theatre.
It became a ritual I looked forward to every Saturday, a fabulous show at the Tivoli or the Princess Theatre and a juicy orange after the show for the trip home...I often wonder what happened to the Orange Lady of Melbourne.
